View alignments and reads in genome browser

OmicSoft genome browser is optimized to visualize large number of BAM files. To achieve the high performance, it indexes BAM files and loads data dynamically.

You can turn on/off to visualize coverage, junctions, variation, alignment profile and sequence level by the tooltip on the left:

In order to save memory and network usage, we only show data at certain level when zoom in, as specified in the Track Properties. You can change the track property if default values are too small for you.
