When fusion detection is applied to multiple NGS datasets in a single run. It provides an easy way to detecting recurrent fusion events by grouping fusion junctions by rows in one table. Each sample will have three value columns:

  1. UniqueCuttingPositionCount
  2. SeedCount
  3. RescuedCount

Converting the fusion report to MicroArray data within Array Studio can help better interpret and visualize it.
