Error: Cloud file does not exist

"Error=Cloud file does not exist"

When running a cloud-based analysis job, you may see an error "Error=Cloud file does not exist: /Path/to/my/Cloud/file/Myfile.bed" (of course with your actual file's path). You may even see this file in the OmicSoft Studio FTP browser in the proper location. What's going on?

In practice, most often this means that this AWS S3 folder has been archived, so the file is not accessible, even though it is listed.

Please check with your IT team about pulling the relevant data from the archive.
