Create and apply list filter to land views

If Arrayland, RNAseq Mutation site Distribution will show all the mutations for the specified sample set. Sometimes user would like to exclude mutations found in sample set A from mutations found in sample B. Then we can get a list generated from A, and apply this list to B to exclude the mutations in the list.

For example, when search gene erg in the tumor samples, I would like to exclude the mutations found in normal samples. To do so, I need to generate a samples set for normal samples:

To get the list of mutation IDs in the normal samples, you can download all the RNA_seq mutations to local analysis:

Then in the Analysis tab, you can generate a list of mutation.IDs.

Then we can go back to land, and show all the mutations for erg in the tumor samples. Note that currently we have 26 charts which means 26 mutations found in tumor samples.

Then go to mutation tab and remove the mutations found in normal samples:

Then we can see there are only 24 mutations found in tumor samples now.
