Cloud error message: instance creation not successful due to insufficient capacity

Error message=Instance creation is not successful. Error=We currently do not have sufficient m4.xlarge capacity in the Availability
Zone you requested (us-east-1a). Our system will be working on provisioning additional capacity. You can currently get m4.xlarge
capacity by not specifying an Availability Zone in your request or choosing us-east-1b, us-east-1c, us-east-1e

In the above error message, "we" refers to Amazon Cloud. It suggests that Amazon region and subnet did not have enough machines available at the time of the request. The simple way is to try another time to see if Amazon machines are available. Or The user may discuss with the administrator to change subnet and request more resource from Amazon for the VPC subnet.
