Set to True by default.

When set to True, it allows reads that may not otherwise be rescued to be found as fusions.

For example, if a read is 50bp, and we've set cutting position as 20, the algorithm will initially try to align the first 20, and the last 20 reads. If these are both aligned, they normally won't be considered for the rescue read step. When set to True, all reads that are not declared as seed reads are attempted for alignment.
